Cool Camera Free is camera application for Android phones that lets you see amazing photo effects applied live before taking photos. You can change effect parameters in real-time, make it as you wish, and then take a photo.

You should know that some effects are locked in free version of Cool Camera, but you can unlock them if you buy paid version.
